What does all inclusive mean?
The rate includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks throughout the day until the end of dinner (22:00 in high season, at the standard rate). It includes accommodation, parking, access to the entertainment programme and playgrounds, and other facilities of the complex. Your first day starts with dinner (check-in 17:00) and your last day ends with lunch (check-out 12:00). All Inclusive Light, in shoulder season: drinks with meals only (e.g. dinner 18:30–20:30).
Why is dinner only until 20:30?
We have set dinner hours. After 20:30 we also serve other guests who either have no meals included or are staying elsewhere. You can still order à la carte dishes and drinks, at extra cost. Depending on your package or offer, some include extra drinks until 22:00.
What does half board include?
Breakfast plus your choice of lunch or dinner. Drinks are included with meals.
Can we pay with holiday vouchers?
Yes. We accept all types of Romanian holiday vouchers, including for online payment.
Can I arrive before 17:00?
Please don't arrive before 16:00. Rooms are occupied until 12:00 and need to be prepared for the next guests. If clean rooms are available, early check-in is possible for a fee, which doesn't include lunch.
What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We offer rescheduling subject to availability, where possible. Holiday vouchers are not refunded under any circumstances. Any refund is made only in exceptional cases, at management's discretion; in the unfortunate event of a death, a certificate is required. Making a booking means you accept these conditions.

How far is the beach? Are there sunbeds and a beach bar?
The hotel is on the beach. We don't have our own beach, sunbeds or beach bar. Reception will point you to the nearby beaches.
