Terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of hotelsirena.ro and to the services offered by Hotel Sirena Saturn. By using the site and making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. The Romanian version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. About the hotel

Hotel Sirena Saturn, Strada Faleza Saturn 23F, Saturn, Constanța County, Romania. Phone: +40 21 555 25 60 (reservations), +40 740 222 701 (reception), email: sirena@avenuehotels.ro. The hotel is run by FAIR IMPEX 3 S.R.L., tax ID RO 28968210, Trade Register no. J17/1033/2011, registered office in Tecuci, Galați County, Romania and is part of Avenue Hotels Romania.

2. Role of FAIR IMPEX 3 S.R.L.

FAIR IMPEX 3 S.R.L. is the direct provider of the accommodation and meal services offered as Hotel Sirena Saturn and acts as a trader, not as an intermediary. The contract is concluded directly between the guest and FAIR IMPEX 3 S.R.L., which collects payment and issues the tax invoice.

3. Bookings

• Bookings can be made online through the booking system on the site, by phone or by email.
• A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation (email) and, where applicable, after the deposit or payment.
• The final rate is the one shown in the booking system at the time of booking or confirmed in writing by the hotel.

4. Prices, currency and payment

• All prices are in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT.
• You can pay online by card, with Romanian holiday vouchers (also online), by bank transfer or at reception (cash or Visa, Mastercard, Amex), depending on the options shown for the chosen offer.
• Online card payments are processed securely by NETOPIA Payments (mobilPay). The hotel has no access to card details and does not store them.
• For some offers a deposit is paid when booking, and the rest by the deadline stated in the offer.

5. Provision of services (delivery policy)

Accommodation and meal services involve no physical delivery of goods. After booking and, where applicable, payment, you receive an email confirmation with your dates, room type, meal plan, amount paid and cancellation policy. Services are provided at the hotel during the booked period, from the check-in date and time.

6. Cancellation policy

• Bookings are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the chosen offer.
• We offer rescheduling subject to availability, where possible.
• Amounts paid with holiday vouchers are not refunded under any circumstances.
• Any refund is made only in exceptional cases, at management's discretion. In the unfortunate event of a death, a certificate is required.
• Leaving early does not entitle you to a refund for the booked nights.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Art. 16(l) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services for a specific date or period; the cancellation policy above applies instead. Under Art. 111 of GEO 34/2014, we provide a clear, easy online way to submit a withdrawal or cancellation request: withdraw from the contract here.

8. Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 17:00. Please don't arrive before 16:00; early check-in is only possible if rooms are free, for a fee.
• Check-out: by 12:00.
• At check-in, a valid ID document is required for every adult.

9. Meals

The restaurant serves breakfast (07:30 – 10:00), lunch (12:30 – 14:30) and dinner (18:00 – 20:30) as a buffet. The meal plan included is the one chosen when booking. With All Inclusive, your first day starts with dinner and your last day ends with lunch; the All Inclusive bar is open 11:00 – 22:00. Guests wear the wristband received at check-in to access meals.

10. House rules

• For stays with pets, please contact our reservations team in advance.
• Please respect other guests' peace and quiet, especially at night.
• Any damage to hotel property will be paid for by the person who caused it.
• The hotel is not responsible for valuables left unattended; rooms have a safe.

11. Use of the website

Site content (text, photos, logo, graphics) belongs to Hotel Sirena Saturn or is used with the owners' consent and may not be copied or reused without written permission. We make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date, but errors or changes may occur; in case of discrepancy, the information confirmed in writing by the hotel prevails.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

Any complaint can be sent to sirena@avenuehotels.ro or made at reception. We will reply as soon as possible. For alternative dispute resolution you can contact the Romanian consumer authority ANPC through the SAL procedure (anpc.ro) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Romanian law governs the relationship between the parties.
