Contract withdrawal and booking cancellation.

On this page you can quickly and easily exercise online your right to withdraw from the contract with FAIR IMPEX 3 S.R.L. (Hotel Sirena Saturn), or request the cancellation or rescheduling of a booking, under Art. 111 of Romanian GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights.

Before you start

• Accommodation for a specific date or period is exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Art. 16(l) of GEO 34/2014. The cancellation policy in the Terms and conditions applies instead.
• Bookings are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the chosen offer. We offer rescheduling subject to availability, where possible.
• Amounts paid with holiday vouchers are not refunded.

How it works

Fill in the form below with your details and booking number, then press “Confirm withdrawal”. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your request, with the date and time it was sent. Our team will reply as soon as possible, within 14 days at most.
